Juan Peralez
Juan is the President and founder of Unidos.
He has been an activist and organizer since his days at the University of Washington in the 70’s, including becoming President of MEHCA, Chicano Students on Campus, organizing an educational campaign in support of United Farmworkers, and serving as a bodyguard for Cesar Chavez during his tour of press conferences in the local area.
In December of 2024, Juan was appointed by the WA Attorney General to serve on the AG’s Domestic Extremism and Mass Violence Task Force. In April of 2025, he was appointed to serve in the newly created Snohomish County Law & Justice Council co-chaired by Sheriff Susanna Johnson and Snohomish County Council Member, Megan Dunn.
Juan lives in Lynnwood with his wife and continues to be a strong advocate for workers’ rights, community safety, and systemic accountability.

Jennifer adatsunome Bereskin-Seamonster
Jennifer adatsunome Bereskin-SeaMonster, enrolled in the Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska (Unangan) & Snohomish, Youngest Daughter Of The SeaMonster Man, is the Vice Chair of Unidos.
Jennifer's collective work includes tribal data sovereignty, poverty reduction, housing justice, civil legal aid, and addressing health disparities, encompassing human rights and Indigenous sovereignty as a Human Rights & Indigenous Advocate.

Angela Di Filippo
Angela is the Social Media and Communications Manager of Unidos.
Originally from North Carolina, she’s called the Pacific Northwest my home for over 10 years. She works as a Leadership Trainer and Coach, as well as a .Strategic project manager and consultant. She is also an advocate for housing and other human rights, and has been a part of Unidos since 2016.
When not coaching or working with the Unidos team, Angela can be found hiking with her terrier-mix Indy, painting, baking, and enjoying our local community.
